In particular, ECM has overhauled all fourteen of Metropolitan Edison's gas turbines (GE Frame 5s).
The following services were provided:

This work was the subject "Combustion - Turbine Overhaul Plan Relies on Organization" that was published in Electrical World's April 1992 edition.
The article discussed the success of the overhauls in terms of " team effort focused on productivity and flexibility", "advantages in terms of labor cost, and efficiency." The article went on to say that East Coast Management, Inc. "helped develop a more integrated approach", "paying attention to the little, seemingly unrelated details, that make the job go smoothly".
Gas turbines in this system included units at the following stations:
Titus, Hunterstown, Portland, Shawnee, Orrtana, Mountain, Tolna, and Hamilton.
Other GE OEM (including Frame 7s) stations serviced include: Rochester Gas & Electric's Bee Bee Station, City of Dover-McKee Run Station, PECO Energy Croyden and Richmond Stations.
ECM has successfully maintained and overhauled Commonwealth Edison's fleet of gas turbines for a long term contract over several years including units at the following
stations: Calumet, Electric Junction, Bloom, Joliet, Crawford, and Lombard.
Siemens experience includes ECM's overhaul work at Delmarva Power & Light's Hay Road Station
