Our machine shop facility can fulfill all the machining requirements associated with these repairs, such as gland cases and packing, bearings, oil seal rings as well as deflector            re-stripping.

East Coast Management, Inc. has developed methods to shorten the overhaul durations such as:

  • Fully equipped portable containerized machine shops, which can be transported to the job site to handle the on-site machining requirements
  • The development of in-field machining equipment to machine, in-place, the larger and permanent turbine parts
  • Our computerized advanced planning and job management programs which can schedule and track the outages
